Highest-Caliber Finishing

Beyond speed, harperizing handles a number of simultaneous processes, further improving production throughput of your parts.

Common Applications of Centrifugal Finishing

  • Components requiring high cosmetic finish
  • Parts requiring low-micro finish
  • Aggressive edge radiusing
  • Material removal
  • Cleaning, including recessed areas

FAQs

A finishing process that deburrs and polishes parts in a much shorter period of time, compared to conventional tumbling and vibratory finishing.

Due to the size of these machines, Harperizing/Centrifugal Finishing is primarily used with parts ranging in size from .010” to 2”.

Centrifugal finishing is a great alternative to tumbling and vibratory finishing because of the G forces produced, there is also the ability to reach areas where conventional tumbling and vibratory finishing cannot reach.
